細(xì)胞膜標(biāo)志物
細(xì)胞膜是細(xì)胞的外部結(jié)構(gòu),是防止細(xì)胞外物質(zhì)自由進(jìn)入細(xì)胞的屏障,它不僅為細(xì)胞提供物理保護(hù),還負(fù)責(zé)控制物質(zhì)的進(jìn)出、細(xì)胞間通訊以及許多其他重要功能。細(xì)胞膜主要由磷脂雙分子層構(gòu)成,其中包含蛋白質(zhì)、膽固醇和糖分子。磷脂雙分子層由兩個(gè)磷脂分子層組成,疏水性的脂肪酸尾部朝內(nèi),親水性的頭部朝外形成一個(gè)半透膜。
細(xì)胞間黏附分子(Cell Adhesion Molecules,CAMs)、受體酪氨酸激酶(Receptor Tyrosine Kinases,RTKs)和離子通道蛋白等細(xì)胞膜標(biāo)志物在細(xì)胞功能和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)中起關(guān)鍵作用。CAMs是一類膜蛋白,具有細(xì)胞黏附、細(xì)胞間通信和信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)的功能。RTKs是一類跨膜受體蛋白,能夠通過(guò)受體激酶活化細(xì)胞內(nèi)的信號(hào)通路。常見的RTKs包括表皮生長(zhǎng)因子受體(EGFR)、血小板源性生長(zhǎng)因子受體(PDGFR)和神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子受體(NGFR)等。離子通道蛋白是一類位于細(xì)胞膜上的蛋白質(zhì),它們形成了穿越細(xì)胞膜的通道,能夠調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞內(nèi)外離子的平衡。常見的離子通道蛋白包括鈉、鉀和鈣通道等,它們對(duì)于維持細(xì)胞的電生理特性和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)至關(guān)重要,并且參與神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)、肌肉收縮和心臟節(jié)律等生理過(guò)程。
ATP1A1編碼的蛋白屬于p型陽(yáng)離子轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)ATP酶家族和Na+/K+ - ATP酶亞家族。ATP1A1是活性酶的催化成分,可催化ATP的水解,并通過(guò)質(zhì)膜交換鈉離子和鉀離子。這一作用產(chǎn)生了鈉離子和鉀離子的電化學(xué)梯度,為各種營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的主動(dòng)運(yùn)輸提供能量。

CDH3基因位于16號(hào)染色體長(zhǎng)臂區(qū)域的一個(gè)基因簇中,編碼鈣粘蛋白超家族中的一種經(jīng)典鈣粘蛋白。鈣粘蛋白是一種依賴鈣的細(xì)胞粘附蛋白,它們?cè)谶B接細(xì)胞時(shí)優(yōu)先以親同性的方式相互作用,鈣粘蛋白可能有助于異質(zhì)細(xì)胞類型的分選。
