活性氧檢測(cè)試劑盒（Reactive Oxygen Species Assay Kit）是一種利用熒光探針 DCFH-DA進(jìn)行活性氧檢測(cè)的試劑盒。DCFH-DA 本身沒(méi)有熒光，可以自由穿過(guò)細(xì)胞膜，進(jìn)入細(xì)胞內(nèi)后，可以被細(xì)胞內(nèi)的酯酶水解生成DCFH。而 DCFH 不能通透細(xì)胞膜，從而使探針很容易被裝載到細(xì)胞內(nèi)。細(xì)胞內(nèi)的活性氧可以氧化無(wú)熒光的DCFH 生成有熒光的DCF 。檢測(cè)DCF 的熒光就可以知道細(xì)胞內(nèi)活性氧的水平。
本試劑盒提供了活性氧陽(yáng)性對(duì)照試劑Rosup，以便于活性氧的檢測(cè)。Rosup 是一種混合物，濃度為50mg/mL 。
本試劑盒本底低，靈敏度高，線性范圍寬，使用方便。
本試劑盒可以測(cè)定100～500 個(gè)樣品。
