進(jìn)行性染色液，尤其適用于細(xì)胞學(xué)涂片染色,GillⅠ液為正常濃度，染色時(shí)間3分鐘。屬于半氧化蘇木素，比Harris蘇木素穩(wěn)定，染色后無(wú)需鹽酸乙醇分化，其缺點(diǎn)是：黏附的明膠甚至玻片也會(huì)染色。
