產(chǎn)品簡介：非變性組織/細胞裂解液內(nèi)含非離子型去垢劑，能裂解細胞并在非變性條件下釋放胞漿蛋白和可溶性膜蛋白、核蛋白。非變性條件下的裂解蛋白產(chǎn)物大限度地保留了蛋白的特性和功能，如抗原-抗體結合或酶學活性，因此適宜于進行免疫共沉淀。另外，有些抗體對非變性蛋白具有更高的結合能力或只能識別非變性蛋白的抗原位點，這種情況應該使用非變性裂解。

本系列試劑隨同配送一支PMSF，請收到后-20℃保存。RIPA裂解液4℃保存，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有少量沉淀，可常溫放置半小時，沉淀可消失，不影響使用。
使用裂解液在提取核蛋白的同時，也會將基因組一并釋放出來，細胞量高時會造成細胞裂解液粘稠，此時可以直接加入蛋白上樣緩沖液，煮沸再離心，離心取上清直接上樣電泳；若想測定濃度，可入加少量SDS（1%），煮沸后離心測濃度。本系列蛋白提取試劑所提取的蛋白由于含有去污劑，所以不適合使用Bradford蛋白濃度測定試劑盒，請選擇BCA法或者Lowry法檢測蛋白濃度。
如果需要檢測和基因組結合特別緊密的蛋白，則可以通過超聲處理打碎打散粘稠狀物，隨后離心取上清用于后續(xù)實驗。
